DirectKit Error Codes
The following errors may occur when calling our API, in response to our methods:

100 | Limit amount reached (if the error is raised during a payment between 2 wallets, the limit has been reached by the sending wallet) |
101 | Limit amount reached (if the error is raised during a payment between 2 wallets, the limit has been reached by the receiving wallet) |
105 | Incorrect password |
109 | The amount is higher than the limit |
110 | Insufficient credit |
111 | Invalid status for the sender |
114 | Incorrect anti-phishing code format |
118 | Error while calculating commission |
120 | Authentication error |
121 | Card disabled |
124 | Unknown error returned by the payment gateway (ATOS, iDEAL, SOFORT…) |
128 | Invalid phone number |
137 | Wallet type not allowed |
138 | Unavailable functionality (depends on your contract) |
139 | Ignored number |
140 | Session not found |
141 | Your session has expired |
142 | Can't connect. Another session is already started for this user |
143 | Transaction not found. |
146 | Incorrect wallet status |
147 | Wallet not found |
148 | Invalid login |
151 | Amount not allowed (higher than refundable amount, or lower than 0.50€ for a card payment, not allowed according to your contract, or too high. Please contact support) |
152 | Wallet ID already exists |
153 | Error SETTING PASS |
155 | Wrong identity card number |
162 | Client not found |
167 | Sender wallet blocked for security reason |
168 | Receiver wallet blocked for security reason |
170 | Invalid operation returned by the payment gateway (ATOS, iDEAL, SOFORT…) |
171 | Operation refused by the payment gateway (ATOS, iDEAL, SOFORT…) |
172 | Internal error in the payment gateway (ATOS, iDEAL, SOFORT…) |
173 | You are not allowed to do a money-in |
174 | Error during money-in |
175 | Mobile number and email do not match any account in the system |
176 | Error when sending email |
177 | Error during the email change process |
178 | Wrong email format |
