Browser compatibility

The Back-Office currently supports the following browsers: 

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari (The last two mobile versions of IOS Safari)
  • Edge

The Back-Office is not compatible with Internet Explorer.


Mobile compatibility

For security reasons, an IP filtering is in place to avoid unauthorized access to your Back-Office.

You'll need to make sure that the IP address used by your mobile device is whitelisted on our systems to allow access to the Back-Office.
